This weekend, Pacific Beach hosted the annual Chocolate on the Beach Festival. So, Chana and I headed up the coast from the beach house after a morning poking around Ocean Shores.
The vendors were friendly offering us free samples of their chocolate delectables, enticing us to purchase some (which we both did).

| We checked out the kites flying high above the beach before heading back down the coast. |
After sampling and spending a bit too much, we moved along to explore Seabrook where they hosted a chocolate bar in the Town Hall. Not being picture worthy, we chose to stroll back to the car and head to the beach, though not before I spent some cash on a new votive holder and a cool glass hanging of sorts for my apartment and snapping a couple of shots of things that caught my interest.
Next stop: Roosevelt Beach where I've spent many a day walking with my bestie and our kids in our letterboxing days. Chana and I enjoyed walking on the firmly packed sand with the wind filling our lungs with really fresh air. Off in the distance, I saw what looked like people and some bump-shaped forms in the water (they're really, really tiny in this pic).
Using my zoom, I found out what they were:
We decided this stream was a little too much to traverse and headed to the car and back to Ocean Shores.
Thanks for a great day, Chana! Let's do it again!
