Snapshot in Time
Well, today, Larry took Jacob and me to 'Family Day' out at the local submarine base. We toured the docks where they have all sorts of boats - ones for divers to operate off of, log broncs, old refurbished Coast Guard boats, and a couple of different tugboats (I had the pleasure of hearing all about the engines and how they operate by a very nice gentleman). We were then treated to a barbeque with all the trimmings which was followed by a ride around Hood Canal on the most advanced tug with a 'tractor motor' - it's like two eggbeaters, I was told. The water was great!
